New tournament (Updating)

Updating!
Liverpool Bonzini Open is now called ChampFoos Bonzini Open.
Same date: April 13th-15th 2018, but the place has been changed.
The new adress is: Rileys Sports Club, Victoria Street, Chester CH2 2FB (less than 1 hour away from previous place).
